Free Events at the Mill: Spring Festival | Summer Festival | Harvest Festival
Free admission and parking!  Free food & beverage samples.  Free tours of the mill and grinding process.  Free johnny cakes and cooking demonstrations.  Meet local farmers, artisans and other local businesses.  Clam cakes, chowder and other items will be available for purchase.  Different vendors; different themes.  Free parking at the Washington County Fairgrounds and Richmond Antique Center with free shuttle bus service.  Please bring a food or clothing donation to benefit the Jonnycake Center.

Community Fair Schedule
Each summer & fall, the folks at Kenyon's Grist Mill gear up the trailers and travel around Southern New England serving Clam Cakes & Chowder.  Visit the Kenyon's booth at your favorite hometown fair!

Private Group Tours at the Mill
Kenyon's has been welcoming visitors from across the nation for decades.  We love private groups because it allows us the opportunity to have one-on-one conversations, answer questions and show our proud culinary renaissance, heritage and tradition with a personal touch.  Tours include cooking demonstrations and culinary history among our scenic, waterfront setting.  We provide a sampling of Rhode Island Johnny Cakes, a full and narrated tour of the mill and grinding process, locally roasted coffee, as well as Kenyon’s Old-Fashioned Corn Muffins and a visit to the Mill’s Country Store where local crafts, fresh ground products abound.  Tours are approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours.  Reservation required.  Click here to schedule or call 800-7-KENYON.  Contact: Paul Drumm III, Owner/Miller.



Individual/Small Group Tours
All of our customers are very important to us!  In order to get our orders out on time, we are very focused on production and office duties Monday through Friday, making it nearly impossible to give an unscheduled tour.  Production does not usually run on weekends.  Please respect that we are a small business with limited & dedicated employees.  Our shop is open year-round Monday through Friday and weekends April 17 to Dec. 19.  For those interested in tours, we encourage all guests and buses to attend our free, weekend events listed above.  We’ve created these festivals to provide a convenient opportunity for everyone, dedicating ourselves in offering a free educational experience...and a whole lot more!  With ample time, we may be able to schedule a private tour.  Please call 800-7-KENYON.
